Elected Chef of the Year 2010 by Gault Millau Guide, William Ledeuil opened his first restaurant Ze Kitchen Gallery in 2001, where contemporary art paintings are on permanent display surrounded by furniture especially created by an interior designer. In 2009 together with his partner Cedric Marechal he opened Kitchen Gallery Bis within walking distance. Both locations give evidence of his passion for cooking, contemporary art and travelling. Two places where to enjoy French cuisine scented by Asian tastes and flavours. Looking at the dishes that William creates we agree that he could have become an architect, a painter or a sculptor. For the pleasure of gourmands he chose to become a cook!
