Via vai

The Via vai, as the name suggests, is a place of passage and meeting place for young Florentines in the heart of San Frediano. The meat, strictly Chianina, is excellent. Pasta, bread and desserts are homemade, and special flour is used for the pizza. First of all, there is great attention to the quality of the products, with a simple menu but in keeping with the Mediterranean tradition and with homemade cuisine. The wine labels amount to about sixty, all Italian with an eye for Tuscan and Sicilian wines.
