The Birds Nest

The Birds Nest has evolved into a fantastic, international music and arts venue while retaining its original south London flavour. Located at the end of Creekside and on the borders of Greenwich and Deptford, the pub is a hub of artists and musicians. Live music varies from folk to hardcore punk, blues to ska and from established well known bands to up-and-coming local talent. Monthly art exhibitions are held at our own gallery (Undercurrents Gallery) and showcase emerging, underground and more established visual artists. The Birds Nest always has quality music and art. You will also find a wide choice of delicious burgers and meals at affordable prices, served throughout the day, made by our Michelin Star Chef David Conio and his team.
