Seasoned experts of their craft Karim Masri, Nicola Siervo and Rony Seikaly of KNR Food Concepts, LLC brought Solea to life at W South Beach in 2009, offering a world-class food and wine experience combined with the ultimate Miami style. The diverse menu includes a captivating selection of Pica-picas that range from the Spain’s acclaimed Jamon Iberico to more the creative creation of Coca de Foie y Mango. The Solea experience would not be complete without exceptional desserts from pastry chef Antonio Bachour.
