SHIZEN

The restaurant Shizen was opened some years ago in the splendid foothills
of Turin. The name is a Japanese term indicating all that is natural, spontaneous
and harmonious. The menu offered in this elegant, inviting space
allows you to range through oriental tapas, mini carpaccios, creative sushi,
soups, noodles, tempura and the main dishes of Japanese tradition.
There are Italian and French wines, and sake to go with your meal, with a
special focus on bubbles! The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from
Tuesday to Sunday and also serves takeaways.
