Alessandro Giai Miniet and the precious partner Laura D’Aprile, from the restaurant of
the Sacra di San Michele, went down into the city and opened their new restaurant in the
former Vò premises. Made fresher and brighter the restaurant, with open kitchen, offers an
innovative path, rich in harmonious combinations. The wine list is already interesting.
