Scatto, along with Caffè San Carlo, is part of the Gallerie d’Italia project located within the museum space of Intesa San Paolo bank.
The restaurant in Piazza San Carlo is signed by the Costardi brothers, interpreters of the Piedmont territory, but capable of looking beyond borders.
They represent a defined and recognizable brand, which manifests itself in diversified realities, without ever losing the value of their origins and the identity that characterizes them.
The new fine dining restaurant, open for just a year, already from its name refers to the theme of photography that characterizes the Intesa Sanpaolo museum.
A space designed with contemporary traits, to enhance the value of culinary art inspired by the world of photography both in terms of gastronomic offerings and as an architectural language.
The undisputed protagonist is the marble-clad chef’s table, which allows guests to experience the skilled gestures of the chefs directly and vividly as they create dishes with their Scatto Libero menu.
The venue is open from 12:30 to 14:30 and from 19:30 to 24:00 from Tuesday to Sunday. The proposal ranges from business lunches to dinner, with tasting menus or the possibility to choose à la carte, and also offers “after-dinner” experiences dedicated to the world of cocktails and spirits.
