opened its doors to Saigon on 6 June, a high-profile Vietnamese restaurant, which promises
to attract an international and fashionable clientele as well as a few showbiz guests. Its exterior is
both elegant and unexpected, an entirely black building with the restaurant’s name lit up in a single
