with an innovative and refined new interpretation of Piedmontese
tradition. The Michelin-starred chef Fabrizio Tesse together with the
chef Marco Migoli, bring distinct and well defined tastes to the table:
sweetbread of tuned veal, “Cipriani” spaghettone, sea truffles, caviar
and bergamot, pigeon, tamarind mustard, black cabbage and
foie gras, Tirami-choux. The canteen offers a wide selection of labels
