Patrick Roger, elected best Chocolatier in France in 2000, designed his boutiques with a timeless design spirit. Very attached to his roots, he wanted the plant kingdom to be in the heart of his universe. So he recreated the forest of his little hometown in each of his boutiques. Unpredictable genius, he loves to surprise by creating incredible sculptures but also to impress with elegant emerald green boxes that can reach one meter in height and contain chocolates of both classic and unexpected flavour.
