OPEN BALADIN TORINO

Open Baladin Turin is in the center of piazzale Valdo Fusi, in a fascinating glass
structure with an outside seating area, recovered from the 2006 Winter Olympics.
With its two floors, 140 seats and a large counter with 40 drafts, Open Baladin is
entirely dedicated to craft beers, carefully selected, presented and tapped: side by
side, the production of the Baladin brewery and a selection of craft breweries from
all over Italy, both in barrels and in bottles, to satisfy all tastes and please all styles.
As accompaniment, a wide gastronomic proposal: meat and veg gourmet burgers,
raw fassona and beer shank. Everything, from cold dishes to the recipes of the day, is
strictly seasonal and homemade, even our legendary fried potatoes, the legendary
Fatate and Rustiche, the chips and the sauces.
