Almost all of the restaurant’s sake comes from the region of Niigata, which can
be tried at O.ma.ca.sé, just like the owner of the “sushiteca,” which opened in
July 2015, and the cuisine that’s created here. You’ll find sushi on the menu, of
course, but also some other Japanese dishes. 5/6 different Sake labels are always
available, especially those produced by Hakkaisan. After 6pm you can order sake,
beer or wine served with edamame, while grabbing an aperitivo.
