Nuvola Lavazza

A strong link with the district and a great propensity for innovation: the Nuvola
Lavazza, designed by architect Cino Zucchi, shows off its “future roots”, shaping
the company’s values and more than 120 years of history. A new space open to
the city, Italy and the world, in which the new Lavazza offices dialogue with the
“Condividere” restaurant and an interactive museum, with a large events area
and an archaeological area, with an innovative bistro and the headquarters of the
Istituto d’Arte Applicata e Design (IAAD). A unique project, strongly desired by the
fourth generation of the Lavazza family, jointly-created together with number ones
in the fields of architecture, food, stage design and design: a “Golden Team made up
of Cino Zucchi, Ferran Adrià, Dante Ferretti and Ralph Appelbaum.
