Michel Rostang

Michel Rostang is a descendant of great chefs who were very passionate with gastronomy, he owns 7 restaurants and has run for over 30 years this family adventure with the help of his two daughters, Caroline and Sophie. His cuisine is based on the selection of seasonal products that he prepares by combining the bourgeois cuisine of his roots to the creative cuisine of his era. The restaurant is very intimate and welcomes guests in various sumptuous decorated lounges. The cellar offers a selection of 1300 labels and 50 000 bottles.
