Mezzena – Carne alla Brace

The new venue in Palermo by the Borgia Group, entirely dedicated to meat, offers classic cuts, along with local, national, and international preparations, all cooked using the Josper grill. Guests can enjoy Florentine steaks, Abruzzese arrosticini, “mangia e bevi” skewers, Cisternino bombette, Messina-style braciole (meat rolls), and meatballs. Special attention is also given to offal, with a day each week dedicated to these traditional products. The menu also includes a small selection of vegetables, also grilled, for those who prefer a lighter alternative to meat.
