Maxan

Laurent Zajac is the chef and the owner of the Maxan restaurant. When he prepares his dishes he’s inspired by ordinary life and by people’s suggestions. His cuisine reflects his creativity and his knowledge of the bases that he exploits using seasonal ingredients. The interior design has been entrusted into the hands of Pierre Pozzi who is passionate by paper and paperboard. He has been able to create an atmosphere that represents Laurent’s personality: it’s sober and chic with light colours, enriched by some flashy elements that create an original touch.
