Les Ombres

Les Ombres restaurant is located on the 5th floor of the Quai Branly museum and it takes up an asymmetrical space that offers a panoramic view of the Tour Eiffel. The menu doesn’t want to recreate forgotten recipes but it reminds to the population which traces are conserved in the museum. In the kitchen they use also products from the Fair Trade in order to help south countries in their development. From 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. the restaurant becomes one of the most unusual tearoom of the capital.
