Le Sensing

Through the merger of his greatest passions, cooking and contemporary art, the famous starred chef Guy Martin created Sensing for you. The elegant and refined decor carries the signature of Jerome Faillant Dumas (former Artistic Director of Yves Saint Laurent) and Hubert de Malherbe. Guy Martin put the kitchen in the hands of the young and talented chef Remi Van Peteghem that awakens our senses with a complete and traditionally inspired menu that he changes seasonally.
