Michel Rostang is the first Parisian chef, rewarded with stars, to start, more than 20 years ago the adventure of the bistro. He created magical places respecting the tradition and the soul of the old school bistro. The Flaubert, the first «bistrot d’a cote» opened in 1987 near the gastronomic restaurant having the same name, was an high delicatessen shop. This restaurant that has a rural charm, proposes a quality homemade cooking, inspired by Savoy, Provence and Lyons’s specialities.
