In its new location adjacent to the slopes, the 1947 reveals a refined leather-clad decor, specially created by Sybille de Margerie. It is in this sublime setting that Cheval Blanc invites the multi-award-winning chef Yannick Alleno to initiate a new “culinary movement”.
