February 25, 2008 “Filippo” is born in Pietrasanta: 9 tables,
a menu of only 6 dishes that change every day. A very light
wine list. On Sundays it is boiled like in the traditions of home.
Family, home, hospitality and food. The ingredients of this adventure
that has been renamed in 2016 “The Brigade”.
