La Brasserie Printemps is a big traditional brasserie that has been renewed by the designer Didier Gomez. It’s located under the dome of the Printemps Haussmann that was built in 1923. It has been created as a dynamic, warm and playful life place, in an absolute luxury spirit. The chef Alain Cirelli offers you some traditional plates reinvented in a modern way. La Brasserie Printemps has two peculiarities: a calendar of the specialities of the day and an oyster bar that gives visibility to the seafood products, according to their seasons.
