Kallmünz

The Kallmunz restaurant was created on 2003, in the castle
which dates back to the 16th century. In the dinning room that
was one time a garage for the carriages, the interior decoration is
minimalist but very elegant, it’s a perfect mix between ancient and
modern. The Chef Luigi Ottaiano potrays himself as “gastronomic
artisan because he’s always searching for new ways to blend together
mediterranean and international ingredients.
