Guido Ristorante

The idea was very simple but at the time unusual for 1960: a new, modern restaurant that would offer market cuisine tied to tradition and seasonal products. Their sons Ugo and Piero Alciati have not changed the idea. Guido Ristorante is now in the Villa Reale, in the Fontanafredda bionatural reserve at Serralunga d’Alba where it offers its cuisine of tradition, season and memory.
