The Grand Hotel Royal e Golf dates back to 1854 and in its centenary lifetime it has hosted some illustrious personalities, including the Queen of Italy Margherita of Savoy, in honour of whom the name “Royal” was given to the hotel. A lover of nature and the silence of the vast valleys, the Sovereign used to spend lengthy periods in the Hotel with her courtiers.There are many welcoming spaces available to our Guests; enjoy a cocktail in the Lounge Bar, sitting in the garden beneath centuries-old trees or on the verandas that overlook the pedestrian street, or savour dinner in one of our restaurants, the classic Grand Royal, the gastronomic Petit Royal, the hip and chic Ruinart Rosé champagne bar or in the very romantic Tour Royale, where you can enjoy a unique experience tasting the dishes skilfully prepared in show-cooking events in the intimacy of a small room reserved exclusively to a single table for 2/4 people.
