There are two things that have been in fashion in Milan in recent years: eating dim sum – Chinese “tapas” that include the famous dumplings – and eating with a well made cocktail. Ghe Sem, the latest adventure for the group behind the success of Fatto Bene – the hamburger restaurant that is literally invading Milan – and Trattoria Pesa in Via Fantoni, has finally combined the two. The dough respects Chinese tradition.
