The legendary restaurant Dessirier was created in 1883 and since 1996 is managed by Michel Rostang that assure unrivalled iodated flavours. The Chef Olivier Fontaine, trained at the Rostang school, cooks the fish coming from the fishing of the day, grilled or in the oven under a crust of salt. In order to maintain the original soul of the place and to give it a modern look, Michel Rostang asked to his loyal friends and architects: Marc Hertrich and Nicolas Adnet, that figured out a delicate, elegant and luxury sea style.
