At the opening of Val Ferret, at La Palud, the Angelini familiy since 1947 has passionately attended to its patrons at the restuarant Dente del Gigante. The restaurant serves regional cuisine, with an emphasis on the flavours and aromas that distinguish the culinary tradition of the Aosta Valley.
