The Dans le Noir bar-restaurant, located a stone’s throw away from the Beaubourg center, was created thanks to the meeting between the Ethik Investment company and the Paul Guinot Association for blind people. It proposes you to live an unique human and sensorial experience. You’ll be immersed into the darkness and served by blind guides, in order to try a tasty and educational cuisine. This experience will make you discover a new perception of your taste and your smell, and it will change your perception of your relationships and your idea about the handicap. From the opening in 2004 about 200 000 people decided to live this unique occasion and this original concept has been exported to international cities like London and Moscow. The Dans le Noir Bar that proposes a selection of wines and cocktails to taste in the enlighten space or in the dark one, became the favourite place of people that want to live in a more united world.
