CONDIVIDERE

Under the guidance of Modenese chef, Federico Zanasi, Condividere has opened in
Turin – at Nuvola Lavazza, serving up a fun, spontaneous gastronomic experience,
like a family banquet. The concept has been devised by Ferran Adrià, while the setting
is the work of Dante Ferretti. The focus is on great food, to be shared with family
and among friends; food that creates a great mood, that takes the focus off the
pressure of passing time. The best of traditional Italian flavours, enhanced in a fun,
contemporary key. The emphasis is on making the most of excellent ingredients
and preparation: food is at the centre of the table, with all of its “socialising ability”:
the spotlight is on substance and not on all the bells and whistles.
