Clapsy Alassio, with its outdoor tables offering a privileged view of the sea, provides the perfect setting to enjoy the fish dishes prepared by the chefs and to relax with the cool breeze coming from the beach. You can also enjoy pizza with a crispy, thin crust, a signature of Clapsy, or the “Recco-style” cheese focaccia, as it is called in Liguria. The Alassio location marks the beginning of Claudio and his wife Orietta’s journey, the first Clapsy to be born among all the Clapsy locations in the group.
