Centurion Palace

Land and sea, light and shadows, Venice and Rome. The Centurion Palace is an intriguing play of contrasts, located in one of Venice’s oldest districts, next to the Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute, between the Punta della Dogana and the Peggy Guggenheim Museum and facing the spectacular vista of St. Marks’s and the Giudecca. Right in the heart of Venice, Rome beckons us as during the restoration on the building they unearthed a money of Antinous, a favourite of the Roman emperor Hadrian, in whose honour this hotel was named the Centurion Palace.
