“Carlo e Camillo” is the Bistrot of Ristorante Carignano, curated by
the chef Ruggero Rolando under the supervision of starred chefs
Fabrizio Tesse and Marco Miglioli. The chefs propose a lists of dishes
typical of the gastronomic Piedmontese tradition. The placemats
are the true gem: uniques and originals, they’re characterized
by the signatures or the drawings of the prestigious guests of the
Grand Hotel Silea. Here in Carlo and Camilla Bistrot you’ll eat on the
authentic greets of Barry White, Ray Charles, Rita levi Montalcini,
