Caravan King’s Cross

Originally from Wellington, New Zealand, Miles Kirby, Laura Harper-Hinton and Chris Ammermann opened Caravan – an all-day restaurant, bar and in-house coffee roastery – on London’s Exmouth Market in February 2010. Such was its success that a second larger restaurant and bar followed in August 2012 on Granary Square in King’s Cross, which also now houses Caravan Coffee Roasters’ roastery. Caravan’s food and vibe reflects its founders’ antipodean beginnings and nomadic leanings. Miles’ ever-changing ‘well-travelled’ menu draws inspiration from his foodie travels across the globe, yet remains rooted in a commitment to the best local and seasonal produce.
