For Chef Canavacciuolo, the concept of “Bistrot” stems from the desire
to dedicate to guests an elegant, unique experience able to highlight
attention to detail and the memory of tradition. The proposals of the
“Cannavacciuolo Bistrot” reflect an idea of cuisine, where hints of the south
are combined with flavours of the north. To harmonize the environment,
the team has relied on the experience of an expert of feng shui, the ancient
Chinese art. Spaces have been organized in such a way as to create a
harmonious venue, beneficial for physical and mental health. On offer is
an exciting cuisine, in which the dishes reproduce the stories of Campania
tradition and its life experiences.
