A polished design that creates a salon with a contemporary flavour, the Cafe de Paris is especially excellent for its aperitifs. This is a true buffet that ranges from the excellent potato croquettes, the fried or roasted potatoes, vegetable or chicken salad, first courses, classic snacks and canapes, and olive all’Ascolana. All the barmen are Aibes associates and collaborate in the training for the category. Part of the courses are held at the bar. The cocktails meet international standards. The ice cream and the pestati are excellent. The choice of the wine cellar is also fairly good.
