Bon Parej is located in the heart of the Piedmontese capital, just a stone’s throw
from one of the most beautiful and evocative squares in Europe: Piazza Vittorio
Veneto. It intends to be a meeting place between tradition and innovation, the choice
of dishes varies according to the period and is updated frequently to allow a greater
variety of choice. Bon Parej uses products almost exclusively from the valley.
