BARZ8

The “Barz8”, better defined as “tailor’s shop of cocktails”, is a cocktail bar
specialized in the creation of tailor-made drinks, that is made to measure.
There is no drink list: you rely on the skill of the bartenders who, with flair
and imagination, sews every single ingredient of the cocktail according
to the customer’s wishes. Only selected raw materials are used, from the
most traditional to the most unexpected. You choose the flavor, the type
and your alcohol base. No table service, no aperitifs, no beaten and frozen:
a clear and strong manifesto representing a true and proper philosophy in
which the art of mixing is fully celebrated, thanks also to a wide selection
boasting more than 600 references including 160 gin and 40 vermouth
labels.
