ASOLA

At the top floor of the Brian & Barry Building there is the Design restaurant Asola of the talented chef Matteo Torretta: a large central kitchen overlooking the 600 square minimal design (plus the charming terrace overlooking the center of Milan), and a cuisine made of rigor and creativity, tradition and experimentation so to be called “kitchen tailoring”.
