looking at catering and life; it is the perspective from which you decide to tell the world.
The ingredients, raw materials, and recipes are all important, essential even, but that is
not enough: translating a concept, an emotion or a feeling into a dish, this is how we see
cooking dishes at Alex. And this would be nothing without the perfect combination of wine
and food, without the reception and right atmosphere, and without the attention of the
people that take care of us at the dinner table. We love experimenting with new emotions,
and being able to suggest items to our guests, as experience at the table is not just a matter
of satisfying taste, but also turning it into a ‘journey’.
