ALBERGO RISTORANTE CIOCCA

In 1880 between Asti and Torino was founded the historic restaurant
Ciocca. Managed by the family of the Cav. Rustichelli Carlo from 1968,
Ciocca still represents a meeting place for the lovers of the great
traditional Piemontese cuisines, using seasonal and local products,
it still preserves the magic and the charme of the past in a balanced
combination of tradition and modernity. Here you can taste: the boiled
Piedmontese mixed meat, the finanziera, the beef with chocolate, the
frogs, the Cherasco snails, the asparagus, the mushrooms, the truffles,
