Al Vecchio Torchio

Giorgia and Simone have the idea to create a convivial place for a coffee, an apres-ski or a dinner with friends. After consulting, they decide that the wine bar will rise in the place of the famous ‘ Mario il Pasticcere ‘. Giorgia’s father hunt up in their family cellar an old wine press that he restores with Simone who chooses the pub name: “Al Vecchio Torchio”. Everyone likes the name which reminds of the restaurant that Giorgia’s father managed in Courmayeur called “Il Vecchio Torchio”.
