A Bio Temporary Restaurant, born from a Food Genius Academy project a professional training school of haute cuisine with entrance on Via Giovenale, in partnership with Almaverde Bio Market. Where the school method of “learning by doing” is applied. Situated in a 200 sq meter loft, which also houses showrooms, gathering artists, young architects and designers, and that over the weekend creates signature dishes and recipes, thanks to the talent of great professionals and the support of the best students of the Food Genius Academy. An educational workshop that specialises in culinary, able to host major Italian and international chefs. You will find creative meals, refreshing cocktails and tapas night.
