AL CACIMPERIO

In an elegant and refined location, the Cacimpero ritual is
celebrated. Everything starts from the rigorous selection of meat,
only fine breeds, excellent cuts and guaranteed origin: Piedmont
Fassone, Tuscan Chianina, Irish and Argentine Angus, Japanese
Kobe beef, massaged and fed with beer. The great passion for meats
is blended with the traditional Piedmontese dishes and a selection
from the best Italian regional cuisines, always and only with natural
and seasonal ingredients, and a wide selection of excellent wines.
The gastronomic experience is accurately managed in every single
detail by the owner Alessandro Renes.
