A.O.C

Sophie and Jean-Philippe Latron, passionated by traditional cooking, created the A.O.C. The restaurant is situated in the heart of Paris, near to the latin area. Year after year this bistrot became modern but it maintained its junk shop style. Its strong points are the generous homemade dishes and a particular attention for the quality of the ingredients. Jean-Philippe, former butcher, now is the Chef and he created a great meat menu, while Sophie takes care both of the service and the wine list.
