CAVIAR ON THE ROAD

Caviar Track is a new luxury street food concept that offers fresh
Siberian artisan caviar Pisani Dossi by the spoon, along with a
selection of oysters as well as sturgeon and smoked salmon appetizers
to be paired with firm white wines, such as Prosecco Valdobbiadene,
Franciacorta, Champagne and Vodka. It allows anyone to enjoy a new
sensorial experience “on the road”. Caviar Track also offers catering
services for events and private and public receptions for specific
audiences. It is the result of an idea by Matteo Merlotti, Marketing
Manager of Pisani Dossi and designer of the Expo 2015 format for the
Russian Pavilion and by catering expert Andrea Bonfanti, in Milan.
