In Milan , the former chef of the Marchesino, Daniel opens his own restaurant. A line of cuisine that focuses on simplicity and is based on the concept of “taking away ” , that is subtract all those  ingredients of  “too much” present in a recipe . In addition, you can bring wine from home , paying a symbolic right of the cap.
