In April 2010, a piece of Parisian hi­story took root in the heart of Milan. A renowned French boutique recogni­sed across the world for it pastries, especially one type of pastry which was most loved by Queen Marie An­toinette: the macaron. From chocolate to vanilla to the most unusual toppin­gs, such as rose or mint. These swe­ets are not merely pastries, but icons, speaking the language of art and con­temporary culture, they are decorated according to “theme”, taking inspira­tion from films, books or social pheno­mena of today. Laduree pays tribute to each and every season or event.
