For Milan l’Uccellina is a classic, since when, 30 years ago, was called Shark. Since 2001 this popular restaurant with wood oven has assumed the guise of an old Tuscan farmhouse, continuing to cheer up the loyal clientele with meat dishes and tasty regional Tuscan dishes. Beef in pole position, especially with the bone fiorentina, but also Chateaubriand fillet presented on a bed of grilled vegetables, sliced beef topped with tomatoes and hard ricotta, with porcini mushrooms with balsamic vinegar, pine nuts and pears, seared beef carpaccio with rocket and parmesan or smoked, and the nourishing of the cowboy burger with fried egg and fried vegetables.
