1996 saw the opening of the California Bakery located in Corso Concordia Milan. It was a very small shop, yet  it  gave  space to a great passion. Relishing the smell of freshly baked delights, which managed to allure the many customers and friends who live in Milan. Great attention to local ingredients and suppliers ensure that each dish offered is free from additives and preservatives.
